The image must be clearly released under an acceptable free license by the copyright holder, see WP:IUP. Also, it is unlikely that a person would be the copyright holder of an image of themselves; the rights actually lie with the person who took that image (I can’t find the original tweet but you can see an image of it here, and the picture is here, so people know what we’re talking about). Saying that an image can be used for Wikipedia doesn’t work because WP content can be reused anywhere, even for commercial purposes. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 21:48, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
